Whether you've lost someone recently or some time ago, if you are struggling with grief, you're not alone and there is support available.

The organisations below have a range of services available, most of which are free. Every grief journey is different, and these organisations offer a range of support so that you can find what's right for you at this time.

GriefChat was created by bereavement experts and by clicking on the GriefChat box below, you can chat directly to a specially trained bereavement counsellor. GriefChat is a completely free service and is available Monday-Friday, 9am-9pm (except Bank Holidays).
