Paying in funds

Donate online

Donating online is the quickest way to transfer funds you've raised to the charity. You can pay in the money you've raised using your credit/debit card via our website here.

By post

If you'd like to send a cheque, please make it payable to 'Cardiomyopathy UK' and post it to our office address:

75A Woodside Road
Amersham
Buckinghamshire
HP6 6AA

Please enclose a brief note with your cheque to let us know your name, address, telephone number and your reasons for donating. Without this information, unfortunately we won't be able to send you an acknowledgement for your donation.

By telephone

Call our office on 01494 791224 with your debit/credit card to hand and a member of our team will be able to take your donation over the phone.

Online fundraising platforms

If you've used an online fundraising platform such as JustGiving, Virgin Money Giving or Facebook Fundraiser, the money you've raised will go directly to the charity. The funds are transferred to the charity regularly during your fundraising (not just when your event has finished) so that they can start making a difference as soon as possible. You'll only need to contact us to pay in funds if you've raised additional funds offline.

Gift aid

If you or someone who has donated to your fundraiser would like to Gift aid their donation, they will need to complete a Gift aid declaration form - download below.

If you're using our sponsorship form, the Gift aid declaration is included on the form, so your donors simply need to complete the columns with their full name, address and tick the Gift aid box. Once complete, you'll need to send your sponsorship forms to us in the post or send us a clear, high quality photo of the forms, so that we can process and claim the Gift aid. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us via fundraising@cardiomyopathy.org
