We’ve listened to the experiences of people with cardiomyopathy and are determined to improve the quality of care and treatment they receive.
With the help of our volunteer Change Makers, we’re campaigning for improvements so that healthcare services fully meet the needs of people with cardiomyopathy, enabling them to live well with the condition.
